January Update

Hey everyone!

I'm still alive and kicking in India. God has been good and our outreach has been amazing. For the past week our team has been split into two teams. Half went to Varanasi and the other half are in Agra. I am in Agra leading this half of the team. Our time here has seem slow compared to the village work we were doing around Aurangabad. We had no contacts in Agra so we've had to work to try and meet other Christians. We've spent a lot of our time praying for the city, the locals, and the tourists. (Agra is where the Taj Mahal is located) Today we took rickshaws around town and stopped at a few churches to pray for them. We have meet a few pastors and went to a local church last Sunday, but it just seems like there is no life in the church. So we've been praying that God would bring back life and passion to the church here. YWAM Idaho has a heart to see a YWAM work started in Agra. It is a perfect place because of the thousands of tourist who come through here and because the city is lost. So our team is here to cover the city in prayer and try to make contacts.

On Sunday the other half of the team will be arriving in Agra and we will stay here for another week. On Feb 9 we head to Delhi to start winding down and then on Valentines Day (Feb 14) we fly back to Idaho! Yay for cheeseburgers! My time in India has been so great and I've been reminded of why I loved it so much 2 years ago when I came.

Thanks for all of your support. God has heard your prayes fo me and it has really made a difference.

Prayer Requests:

* Safety as we wrap up our trip and travel.
* A deeper more intimate relationship with God.
* Adequate finances.
